Orders processing time:
Our posters are manufactured within 1-2 business days of placing your order. If a poster is in stock, we ship it the next day of your order. Canvas prints have 2 – 5 days of manufacturing time. As soon as we process your order, we ship it to you.

EMS fast delivery (expedited courier): Europe – $ 42, Americas, Asia, Australia, and the rest of the world – $ 46

Attention! We cannot guarantee an expected delivery time during the pandemic restrictions. We are working hard to manufacture your orders and ship them to you in a timely manner.   Regular post economy international shipping

Regular post shipping is performed by a regular service of the national post of your country.
It is available for all items, except stretched prints sized M, L, and larger because of volume restrictions in this shipping method.
The delivery time is 15-20 days. This time can be exceeded till 4 weeks at the “holiday rush” – December – beginning of January
Attention! We cannot guarantee the delivery time if pandemic restrictions are involved. The number of flights is reduced, and the postal service may experience delays
The price of this shipping method is $ 15 for all world regions
As soon as we ship the purchased item to your address, we will send you an email with a tracking number that allows you to keep track of a postal item online.
For customers from the US: please use the USPS site for tracking https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input  The tracking is available on the next date the item is posted.
For customers from other countries:
We recommend using the universal tracking service  www.post-tracking.com, or just the tracking service of the national post of your country (for example, for the UK, the Royal Mail Tracking is available after the package is cleared at UK customs)

  EMS international fast shipping

«ЕМS» expedited courier is an international fast door-to-door delivery service, represented in each country, the list of their postal operators worldwide is here http://www.ems.post/en/global-network/ems-operators. Usually, it is the priority service of the national post in your country.
Depending on the destination country, the delivery time varies from 7 to 12 days.
This time can be exceeded till 15 days at “holiday rush” – December – beginning of January
Attention! We cannot guarantee the delivery time during the pandemic restrictions. 
As soon as we ship the purchased item to your address, we will send you an email with a tracking number that allows you to keep track of a postal item online.
You can keep track of EMS postal items on the website of the «ЕМS» representative in your country http://www.ems.post/en/global-network/ems-operators (for example, it is Parcelforce for the UK, Deutsche Post for Germany)

Depending on your country, you may be charged customs/import fees. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser; we are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. Unfortunately, there is no way we can tell how much these charges will be.  For more information regarding your country’s customs policies contact your local customs office.


Return and Exchange Policy

Each item from our shop is produced under the individual order and can be exchanged or refunded only in case of faulty (scratched, spotted) or damage during the shipping. We want to pay your attention to the fact that the color rendering of the purchased prints and posters may not match the color of the image on your monitor, which is not considered to be faulty. It depends on the individual settings of your computer and its technical specifications. If you receive a faulty or damaged item please claim the fault or damage within 5 days of delivery by email to shop@fatcatart.com  to return or exchange the work. Please attach a photo of the damaged item with a detailed description of the problem.

If your order would be lost in sending (it happens very rarely, 2 cases in our shop’s 6 years history), we will send you the same items again. The order is considered to be lost if it does not arrive at you in 2 months after the day we sent you. Please note that during pandemics delivery time may be extended because of restrictions, and it is beyond our control.
